Michelle and I decided to run a little "bootcamp" at the reunion...Auntie Lorraine is completing 1 minute of 15 lbs bag laps...mom is doing 1 minute of inch worms.

Tyson has mastered the weighted hula hoop. It was a very entertaining 30 minutes....along with the +25 heat we all burned off some calories.
Darcy and Vanessa were married on May 8, 2010 in Hawaii. On July 10, there was a wedding reception in Calgary at Herb and Brenda Marshall's.

Monday evening was spent on Toronto Island playing ultimate...the rest of the day was filled with sleeping in, meeting the working girls (Julia and Anna) for lunch, go carting, mini golf and a lot of laughs with Martyn and Sarah and I forgot my camera to capture the moments!!!
